Return &Refunds :
If your order contains fresh products, at the time of delivery, you can return whatever you are not happy with and we will make the necessary adjustments to your order value.
If a product is cancelled due to a reason other than the quality of the product, and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee.
In case you have already paid for the returned item previously (through an online transaction, or subscription), a credit will be offered for future transactions or a refund will be processed.
A partial return for a single product is not possible. For instance, if you are unhappy with 2 pieces of cucumber out of 5, you will have to return all 5 pieces.
Please send us the complaint on time for a prompt, hassle-free resolution! We will accept complaints and take returns for perishables that are reported within 24 hours, and non-perishables that are reported within 7 days from the time of delivery.
- Perishables - Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Fresh Bakery Items (Breads & Muffins).
- Only those complaints accompanied with a picture will be entertained for us to issue a credit or replacement for the complaint.
- The return should be in the original packaging with at least 75% quantity maintained.

90952-99277 within 7 days of receiving the product along with an image of the opened packet, with a clear photo of the product as well as the packaging date. Someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving the email or WhatsApp and help resolve your complaint.
Complaints and Quality :
For complaints we receive after the delivery pertaining to quality issues, a refund or credit will be offered for the next delivery.
Complaints received after 3 days of delivery for fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) will be handled on a case by case basis (valid only for Delhi-NCR) since most perishable or tender vegetables do not have a shelf life greater than that.
We encourage people to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, or else soon after, so that refunds/credits can be easily processed.
