IDLI POWDER

Idli powder is a mixture of ground dry spices that typically contains dried chilies, urad dal, salt, and sesame seeds. Tamilians traditionally use idlis, dosas and other south Indian dishes.

Idly powder is a coarse powder, that originates from the Indian Subcontinent. Our Idly powder is made with a mixture of freshly picked spices that are ground dried and the spices typically contain dried chillies, urad dal, chickpeas, salt and sesame seeds. Our idly powder is purely a traditional recipe and does not contain any Preservatives

இட்லி  பொடி என்பது உலர்ந்த மிளகாய், உளுத்தம் பருப்பு, உப்பு மற்றும் எள் ஆகியவற்றைக் கொண்டிருக்கும் உலர்ந்த மசாலா கலவையாகும்.
